OPEN NOW FOR SUBMISSIONS UNTIL MIDNIGHT CET TUESDAY 04th APRIL 2023

We support students and young professionals to gain the first experiences of presenting, communicating, and networking at international conferences. Therefore, the ENS-YGN offers to six supportive grants of up to 550€ for the members of European Young Generation Networks to participate in the ENYGF 2023 held in Kraków, Poland, May 8th to 12th. These grants can cover registration, transportation, or lodging expenses.

Who can apply?

  • Students and young professionals up to 35 years old or less at the time of the ENYGF coming from or residing in ENS member country
  • Applicants with an accepted abstract for a presentation or poster at the ENYGF 
  • Applicants without further funding will be considered prior
  • Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from non-YGN members and from people residing in non-European countries.

In the subject line, please put ENYGF 2023 grant application NAME SURNAME

In the email’s body, please include

  • Name
  • YGN member country
  • Attached application form and supported evidence

The closing date for the second round of applications will be on the 04th April 2023 at 23:59 CET.

Successful applicants will be informed by email by 10th April 2023. Grant funding will be provided to successful applicants after ENYGF 2023 via BACS payment into their personal bank account provided following successful evidence of ENYGF attendance (Note: no payment made to organisations, only to private bank accounts will be accepted and provision of expenses justifications (bills, invoices).
